A factory visit is an extra service in which an operator from a partner agency in China is sent to the factory in order to verify that production is going according to plan and that the products meet the standards imposed in negotiations. This service is discussed with the customer according to the customer’s needs.

What happens if there are problems with the supplier?

Having conducted a thorough screening upstream and having a structure that can interact directly with the supplier, in case of problems Imdico Consulting will try to remedy the various issues that may arise during the production phase.
