How many suppliers are included in the report?

We contact up to 8 suppliers. Note that only about 50% of suppliers respond with a quote.

Can you guarantee that the final cost calculation will be accurate?

No. What we can do is estimate costs based on information that suppliers will send us (price per unit of product, estimated weight/volume), agencies concenrnent other services such as transportation, and other resources (the customs site for example). Such data are never 100% accurate.

Having said that, we will introduce you to the method and resources we use to carry out the calculation. Let’s say the report will give you an indication of what the final costs are.

What taxes do you consider?

We consider customs duties. We do not include VAT, taxes concerning other countries (if you want to sell to the United States, for example) or other taxes.

For which countries can you perform the cost calculation?

We can perform the calculation if you want to import from China, Vietnam, India, or Thailand.

What should I do once I receive the report?

Once you receive the report you can contact suppliers directly to confirm prices, product specifications, minimum quantities to order, and any other information. Note that this service does not include communication with the supplier once we have delivered the report.

Do you protect my brand, design or other intellectual property?

You should share with us only those files and information that you can also share with the supplier for the purpose of obtaining a quote. We do not guarantee any intellectual property protection or offer any form of compensation if the supplier(s) uses your brand, design, or other elements of the product.

We recommend that you take out insurance for your business, and register your trademarks and/or patents (when possible) so that your business is protected.

Do you offer a guarantee or insurance?

No, we do not offer any form of insurance or compensation in case of quality problems, defects, delays, or situations that result in losses. Also, we do not represent the suppliers we identify and obtain a quote from.

Do you have a reimbursement policy?

No, we do not offer any type of refund as this is a service, not a product. Also note that we cannot guarantee that suppliers or prices will reflect your expectations, as our research and the results we obtain will reflect current market conditions.
